Job Description:
-- Partner with key business stakeholders and business user teams to provide trusted advisor thought leadership in defining world-class end to end business solutions for consistent implementation and use around the globe.
-- Document customer focused business goals, initiating business case development, business requirements definitions, incorporating the vision of the solution and future state business workflows.
-- Elicit and articulate requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.
Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and quality factors.
-- Ensure requirements are documented clearly, concisely, comprehensively, and eloquently. Appeal to readers who will develop the solutions and to business stakeholders who must understand, review, approve, and sponsor implementation.
-- Assist business stakeholders in prioritizing change requests and initiatives. Influence business strategy trade-offs by clearly conveying IT constraints and dependencies.
-- Partner with peer solution and business managers to support implementation of global Systems and Processes.
-- Review business systems practices and processes ensuring strategy and alignment with technology roadmap and architectures.
Job Requirements:
-- 5+ years experience, combining at least 3 years in solution management or business consulting, developing business solutions for Fortune 500 clients or at least 3 years managing manufacturing and supply chain operations, preferably in the electronics or consumer products industries.
-- Strong writing skills with demonstrated ability to cater content to varying audiences internally/externally in business and IT.
-- Analytical and organizational skills. Sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills. -- -- Management experience preferred.
EDI and vendor communications on at least two previous projects
UAT planning and script development on at least two previous projects
-- Solid Microsoft tools proficiency or expertise: Visio, Project, Outlook, Word and advanced Excel.
-- Project management skills, including timeline development and kaizen or scrum approaches to achieving rapid benefit
-- A self-starter with strong analytical and organizational skills, sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills.
-- Education: BA or BS degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related field. MBA or Graduate professional degree preferred.
