Job Description:
Supply tools and services to both internal (within WRO) and external (outside WRO) customers to support these functions. Communicate status, issues and issue resolution strategies to PDT, GRT, and other elements of the project team. Ensure adequate resource assignment for all WRO functional areas. Work with WRO Associate Manager of Plans & Scheduling to resolve priority conflicts and reassign delivery schedules as necessary. Conduct post-submission evaluation meetings to identify issues and opportunities for process-improvement changes. Participate in the development of WRO strategic direction to ensure that this is aligned with customer needs. Qualifications BS/BA with 0-3 years of related experience Required - Strong analytical and customer service skills with the ability to work with varying grade levels, educational backgrounds and departments in a team environment. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work under tight and changing deadlines. Proven attention to detail and an ability to work with a variety of technical applications. Desired - Experience managing diverse activities. Logistical skills. Strong analytical skills; customer service skills and writing skills.
