Mandatory: 1. B.S. Environmental Engineering or related degree. 2. 3 + years of experience in development and preparation of NEPA/CEQA technical environmental documentation for projects. 3. Must be a U.S. citizen or be authorized to work in the U.S. 4. Local or very close by for an easy move. NEPA/CEQA Project Manager Our Eureka, CA office has an immediate need for an NEPA/CEQA Project Manager in the Permitting/Planning Department. Our NEPA/CEQA Project Manager will prepare and manage large, complex NEPA/CEQA environmental compliance documents for any of a range of clients including federal, state, and local agencies; act as technical advisor for natural resource, permitting & planning, environmental and department issues; independently develop and sustain client relationships; independently prepare and review proposals and budgets, and manage projects to meet financial targets; and oversee the development and preparation of NEPA/CEQA technical environmental documentation for projects. NEPA/CEQA Project Manager will be required to maintain required certifications, state licensure, and continuing education credits current as necessary. Qualifications/Education/Registrations/Certifications: * B.S. Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Planning or Urban Planning or related degree applicable to the professional area of practice; advanced degree and management experience preferred * 7-10 years of experience in related field * Valid CA driver s license * Must be a U.S. citizen or be authorized to work in the U.S.
