Job Requirements:
Summary:
•Promote a customer-centered service model which will produces maximum customer satisfaction without compromising organizational compliance standards
•Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for handling all incoming calls.
•Memorizing phone scripts and learning the policies and procedures pertaining to customer inquiries; on-line banking, deposit and loan products and provide assistance to customers with account reconciliation and account research.

Skills and Requirements:
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•10 key by touch
•Minimum of 1 year experience in a clerical position
•Professional phone vice and proper use of grammar, both oral and written
•Some Saturday hours are required
