Job Description:
High School Diploma/GED with 1+ year experience in adult learning, structuring curriculum, classroom instruction, and/or presenting concepts/ideas to varied audiences. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Eligibility Requirements Must submit application for employment through COS (internal candidates(external candidates) to be considered for this position. Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to drug testing, reference verification, and background check. Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. Must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. Must be willing to work in Billings, MT Desired Desired Characteristics Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Training or Education or related field. Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to coach and train individuals as well as groups.
