Job Description:
Job Responsibilities Prepare draft clinical development plans, institutes properly approved clinical protocols, prepares and maintains budgets and expenditure requests, monitors study progress, carefully evaluates all results and prepares indicated and presentations. May act as a medical monitor. Manage the activities of the clinical team assigned to the drug project, or portion of project, for which the CDR is responsible. Serves as a key member and may lead Study Teams and Clinical Project Team under the Global Operating Model. Attends and participates in various in-house meetings including but not limited to Clinical project team meetings, Study Team Meetings, Interdepartmental Project Team Meetings. Defend protocols to CRC, PRC. May act as member of project development team, research strategy sub-team. Functions as medical advisor for projects assigned. May supervise the work of several non-physician clinical scientist and clerical support staff members.
