The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience 5+ years experience in UAT testing and Training 5+ years demonstrated experience in the Testing SDLC, with a strong focus towards UAT testing standards and controls required to maintain a world-class testing organization 3+ years experience in writing instructional testing documentation Proficient in preparing and delivering testing presentations to remote and global testing organizations Strong facilitation skills Well versed in the use of UAT best practices for different testing phases of the Testing SDLC Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure Significant prior experience in delivering management presentations
