Participates in departmental project teams to streamline workflow and/or resolve issues; assists with various firm and/or departmental projects and initiatives as assigned. Create other ways to provide training than in the traditional classroom setting. Keep training related documentation current, accurate with all updated software and available for use by all end users. Assist with maintenance of the Firm's Intranet and Extranet through the use of InterWoven and its related products. Collaborate with Training Supervisor on designing metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs Assist Technical Support and deliver just-in-time training where necessary Perform other duties as assigned.
