Job Description:
Provides Executive leadership over the Program Management staff functions; Project Portfolio Management, Release Management, Metrics and Reporting, Risk Management, and Contract Management. Directs, manages, plans and administers the operational and administrative activities of the Program Management Office. The Program Management Office provides oversight, guidance, and support to the Program Directors, Project Managers and other project leaders to ensure that organizational financial, project schedules, business value and quality objectives are met. The VP of Program Management is focused on continually improving the overall effectiveness and efficiency of IT project delivery. Additional duties includes directing Release Management and Contract Management. Provides Global Executive leadership and vision of project and program managers on PMLC, SDLC, Project Change Management, Project Plan Management, PMO tools and project tailoring compliance. Executive oversight on Release Management knowing where the next release stands in the Demand Process and where the operational processes stand against benchmarks (based on industry and RCI standards).
