Job Description:
Responsible for planning, directing, staffing, and organizing the Branch Operation functions of the Credit Union. Research and review innovations to improve branch operating efficiency, profitability and market share. Monitor all goals and prepare reports on service quality, training activities, and procedures. Meet stated goals and objectives for branches. Develop and maintain branch sales programs including goals, tracking and incentives. Maintain established quality service standards. Ensure that the department's needs are met in regard to the employment, counseling, performance evaluations, training, motivation and discipline of assigned employees. Requires a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of seven years experience in Branch Operations with a minimum of three years managerial experience preferably in a financial institution. Requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals and groups. Highly proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software applications.
