Job Description:
Experience Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in large commercial and/or multi-family development projects. Must posses a superior understanding of the development, entitlement, and approval processes. Minimum of 5 years in project leadership role with responsibility for coordinating an internal and external collaborative project team to ensure that environmental, geotech, traffic, entitlements, and all other jurisdictional requirements are timely met and the necessary approvals are granted. Must have extensive experience representing the client owner with governing agencies. Must be a dynamic and decisive leader with strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with senior management, employees, consultants and governing agencies at all levels.
