Job Description:
Minimum of three years experience teaching environmental programs. Must demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate excellent organizational skill and be able to multi-task. Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. Must thrive in a team environment and have a strong demonstrated interest in nature, animals, and children. Previous experience teaching people of different ages and backgrounds is essential. Experience working in a nature center, zoo, aquarium, museum, or park a plus. Spanish language proficiency preferred. National Association of Interpretation certification preferred. Must be available to work weekends, weekdays, holidays, and evenings as needed. Physical Requirements: (e.g., lifting, reaching, climb, push/pull, etc.)
