Job Description:
Responsibilities 1.Determine and scope functionality required for long term strategic support of expanding system and process requirements for the Contract customer base. Determine system functionality required to support customer base with 94% electronic compliant customers. Customer Support Systems database is the central point of all customer information and requirements for Contact. Provide the system and process knowledge of Staples systems and interfaces to lead the development of the Set Up system which supports all interfacing business units including Customer Service, Transportation, Credit, Sales, StaplesLink, EDI/XML, IS etc. 2.Lead and execute the development , testing and communication of updated functionality. Document all current processes and functionality. Determine and lead design of all to be system requirements and processes. 3.Travel to work with IS on system development, QA, system flows and approvals. 4.Integrate technology and lead efforts to drive efficiencies in CSS; initially with Customer Service technology and long term strategically lead integration of processes and systems related to CSS system rewrite. Integrations will include technology as well as process alignment, documentation, determining & implementing improved business flows. Qualifications Bachelor Degree4-6 Years Related Work Experience1.Extensive knowledge of Staples systems; Set up, StaplesLink; Sunrise, FCs, Transportation, Pricing, etc.2.Highly efficient project management and communication skills. Ability to effectively lead a project and team. 3.Ability to develop and manage cross functional relationships. 4.Ability to travel 30% - 40% as required. Can't find what you need?
