Job Description:
This position is responsible for the management and ongoing evaluation of CCAP support services provided to the Wisconsin Court System; holds overall responsibility for the implementation, training and customer support functions within CCAP; supervises a team consisting of business process analysts, a programmer and a technical support engineer; ensures that CCAP meets the business needs of the court system and its customers, oversees the implementation of new software throughout the enterprise; plays an integral role in strategic long-range planning and the development of annual plans; participates in high-level customer support; and is responsible for problem resolution and the development of new projects and initiatives as assigned. Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: (1) Experience and/or training with all aspects of IT project management (2) Experience and/or training in management and supervision of staff in an IT environment; (3) Experience serving in a lead customer services role in a complex large-scale information systems environment; (4) A work record demonstrating successful customer service leadership, personnel management, and planning and project management abilities; (5) Well-developed research, analytical and writing skills; (6) Strong speaking and interpersonal skills. Preferred: (7) Substantial course work and/or experience in legal research, strategic planning, policy evaluation and implementation; (8) Experience working in the court system or legal profession (9) Strong understanding of the business functions and the IT needs of the court system; (10) Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
