The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of ten years of automotive and/or marine manufacturing experience, at least five of which are in a leadership position. The candidate should have experience implementing lean manufacturing and 5-S techniques to improve workplace efficiency and safety. Experience in thermoforming and/or fiberglass is preferred.
