Job Description:
Oconomowoc Developmental Training Center(ODTC), affiliated with Oconomowoc Residential Programs is seeking Residential Counselors.ODTC specializes in providing both residential and day programming to children, adolescents, and young adults with dually diagnosed emotional disturbances and developmental disabilities. We provide an array of special services, including residential, vocational, and educational programs within a continuum of care. These Youth Counselors will work with an all male adolescent population ages 15 to 18 years old. The clients in this group have a variety of diagnoses. Some of the diagnoses would include Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, or Conduct Disorder. Some of the individuals require prompting to complete hygeine and chores. These clients enjoy playing video games, watching T.V., and playing on the playground equipment.
