The Residential Cousenlor reports to the Program Coordinator and/or Assistant Program Coordinator. They are responsible for the health, safety and quality of life of individuals in a residential setting through advocacy, teaching, and service planning. Additional Qualifications: High school degree or GED required; Bachelor\'s Degree in related field preferred. One (1) to Two (2) years human services experience with similar population preferred. Valid Massachusetts Driver\'s License required.
