Job Description:
Prepare Journal entries as needed and assist Controller during close process. Prepare weekly and monthly reports including plant scorecard, plant KPI efficiencies and required divisional/corporate reports. Assist Controller with weekly-monthly review and analysis of plant performance and recommendations to plant management. Coordinate LEAN savings with Plant Change Agents and track plan actual results. Assist Controller with annual operating plan development and coordinate with department managers. Assist Controller with all supporting worksheets and analysis. Assist with Hyperion budget system and SAP inputs. Assist Controller with all SOX and Internal Audit requirements and testing. Assist with P-card reconciliations and monitor users. Coordinate cost estimates and BOM setups with Cost Accountant and work with plant tech services and materials group as needed. Work with Cost Accountant to review BOMs and IE standards accuracy. Work with production supervision to learn production processes and understand reporting issues and opportunities.
