Requirements Track record of full life cycle technical recruiting Experience recruiting for Web 2.0 candidates including engineering, product development, project management, technical specialists, etc. Management skills to perform full cycle recruiting function and while directing office administration for engineering team Manage hiring process from developing job descriptions, posting openings, sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates, HR generalist admin, etc. Coordinate overall administrative functions for engineering office, including logistics, scheduling, travel arrangements, vendor management, light accounting, etc. Strong interpersonal/communication skills to effectively work with all team members, including corporate HR, finance, etc. Self-starter who requires little direction/supervision 3-7 years experience, 3 years minimum in tech recruiting Strong academic background
