Position Summary Responsible for recruitment and development of new Citrix Solution Advisor partners to increase revenue growth. Develops analysis, strategy and plan to recruit partners and develop new channels. Leads recruitment and development team to achieve partner recruitment growth targets. Primary Accountabilities * Perform research to determine channel trends, capabilities, and gaps in order to effectively determine recruitment needs * Develop recruitment strategies, plan, programs and metrics (KPIs, MBOs) * Lead recruitment and development team to deliver on plan metrics and programs * Identify recruitment and development activities to effectively drive success * Work closely with field organization in development and execution of recruitment plan * Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive success in efforts Qualifications and Requirements Qualifications * Direct channel recruitment & development experience in the IT industry * Successful experience driving sales or recruitment teams * Proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal organizational units * Success in leading and executing with teams not under direct authority * IT channel sales experience a plus * Ability to coach and motivate * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to organize and execute * Ability to travel up to 40% Requirements * Bachelor\'s degree * 3 years IT channel recruitment and development management experience * 5 years IT industry experience
