Recruitment Sales Director Location: MO - Town and Country Job Type: Sales and Marketing Division: Suburban Journals - West County Journals Status: Regular Description: The Suburban Journals of Greater St. Louis is seeking a qualified sales director to lead our team of recruitment sales representatives as they sell St. Louis' number one recruitment print and online media products. A successful candidate must be able to establish and translate strategic goals and objectives into specific sales activities. Must have a proven track record of success in sales management, leading and directing a sales team and coaching and developing team members. Good communication skills and the ability to creative a positive, professional and productive environment are required. Ideal candidates will have an undergraduate degree or have commensurate experience. Four years or more of demonstrated sales success in media sales is required. Applicants should have a solid understanding of media sales, including newspaper, broadcast and online.
