Job Description:
The BLM also must posses ongoing knowledge of current and developing environmental and safety regulations at the Federal and State level, database management, and the ability to interact with plant and facility operations staff. EXPERIENCE The BLM has lead complex, difficult engagements (national and/or multiple sites, multiple work streams, large teams, multiple phases or launches, etc.) Experience includes: Identifies and deploys resources, assigns work, creates work plans, ensures quality of work, etc. Collaborates with client to address client issues impacting the financial performance of the project (e.g. not meeting deliverable commitments, scope additions, etc.) Accountable for the engagement economics and to ensure mutually beneficial service delivery, liaising with client contacts and identifying future client issues and opportunities. Manages project status and relationships, ensuring that engagement deliverables meet client expectations within time and budget. Monitors actual to budget realization and margins; re-forecasts as appropriate. Designs and leads effective meetings with senior executives. Structures and plans deliverables for multiple phases of a complex project. Guides, coaches, and mentors employees (3-5 employees). Accountable for performance management, including written performance reviews and roundtable discussions. Location can be Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, and Houston.
