The Recruitment Operations Analyst will be a key participant in the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for the manipulation of routine and ad-hoc recruitment related metrics and reporting to provide solutions to challenges within the Talent Acquisition organization. The Operations Analyst will provide support for operational aspects of the staffing function to include:1. Coordination of compliance-related activities. 2. Administration of applicant tracking system. 3. Coordination of employee referral program. 4. Work with and monitor performance of vendors supporting recruiting operations. 5. Analyze and recommend changes to policies, processes and tools based on new learnings and customer input.6. Ensure the data integrity of existing information.
