Description Audit Supervisor - Financials Position Description: Responsible for providing efficient, effective and profitable services in a timely and professional manner; train and motivate the staff; and promote the Firm in the business and social community. Provide on the job staff. Supervise, motivate and evaluate staff training to staff. Maximize personal charge time and charge time for those supervised. Maximize efficient use of Firm resources. Plan, implement and control engagements to insure quality work on a timely basis. Meet or beat budgets. Prepare initial billing decisions. Maintain and enhance client relations, selling additional services and promoting the Firm whenever possible. Obtain new clients whenever opportunities arise.
