Advertising Account Supervisor: Mindshare Creative is currently looking for an experienced Account Supervisor for its Santa Ana CA office. The Account Supervisor will oversee an account group and provide day to day strategy and management of agency resources for three of the agency's key clients. The Account Manager serves as the client relationship manager and is responsible for developing strategy and managing the team that deals with the day-to-day project work, ensuring everything is produced on time and on budget. Mindshare Creative is a fast paced, growth-oriented agency that doubled billings in 12 months. Requirements for this position include: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or similar related field - Detailed-oriented, organized and excellent written/verbal communications - 5 - 7 years experience in a marketing/or advertising position - Demonstrate fiscal ability to responsibly manage - Excellent project management and presentation skills - Proven ability to translate clients' business goals and objectives - Lead development of projects and works closely with the creative staff in order to ensure the project is on time and meets the clients marketing strategy - Knowledge of direct mail & interactive a plus - Professional demeanor and the ability to build and maintain supportive relationships Duties for this position include but are not limited to: - Act as clients relationship manager and marketing consultant, understand clients' marketing objectives and work with Creative and Account Services teams to develop strategies that meet those objectives - Manage, mentor and train Account Executives and Coordinators - Correspond and meet with clients and members of clients' teams to provide a consistent level of service that exceeds the clients' expectation - Act as the primary advocate for the clients' brand on accounts, ensuring brand image across all projects - Assume financial responsibility of assigned account by approving, managing and submitting all billable work in accordance with approved estimates/budget
