Job Description:

-- Needs to be an analytical thinker who is extremely detail-oriented and is adept at working cross-departmentally across the organization under tight timelines to manage the quality of our promotional email campaigns.
-- Test all promotional emails across multiple platforms and email clients in a timely manner ensuring they are accurate and complete.
-- Create test plans, test cases, and documentation that test for all the potential email risks.
-- Work closely with Email Marketing, Customer Messaging and other Travelocity groups integral to the creation and delivery of email campaigns.
-- Ensure that the QA process is being followed and identify areas of risk to the business.
-- Ensure usability, customer experience, and data quality is covered in all test cases.
-- Provide suggestions for enhancing and optimizing the QA process.
-- Identify production issues in a timely manner and work with the Email Marketing Specialists to have them rectified.
-- Work with QA developers within the organization to automate email test cases.
-- Good communicator who can interact effectively across the organization with different functional areas.
-- Ability to effectively communicate technical and non-technical concepts.
-- Keen ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-- Extremely detail-oriented.

Job Requirements:
-- At least two-years of QA testing experience.
-- Familiarity with using or scripting of an automation tool like QTP.
-- Basic knowledge of HTML.
-- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-- General interest in email and/or online marketing.
