EXCITING EMPLOYMENT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY! Position is responsible for the management and oversight of the Recruiting team. You will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and administer short and long term recruitment strategies and employment programs. Works with management to address all staffing requirements and establish control-related standards and procedures. Responsibilities will include the sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring of candidates. Provides oversight of comprehensive internal and external workforce planning strategies and initiatives; partners with management to develop accurate and innovative workforce plans to support near and long-term workforce challenges resulting from staffing changes, organizational or workforce transformations, regulatory mandates, technological advancements, and/or business needs. To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of 5+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience with demonstrated success in recruitment and employment; 2+ years experience managing employees.
