Qualifications The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience with business processes, which includes people management and influencing responsibility. Direct experience with managing central functions in a multi-national public company is required, and exposure to HR process and practice in a PeopleSoft environment is preferred. The strongest candidates will possess analytical and project management skills, with thorough knowledge of compliance, cost/vendor management and leading multiple process improvement projects utilizing Six Sigma and/or Lean tools. A Bachelors degree is required, a graduate degree is preferred.
