Job Description: A bachelor's degree (master's a plus); a minimum of ten years'experience in planning and administration of a wide variety of employee benefit plans and compensation programs; deep knowledge of current benefits trends/practices; in-depth knowledge of all federal and state compensation-related laws, regulations, and reporting requirements and new practices/developments in the field of compensation administration and design; thorough understanding of job classification practices, survey methods, and data analysis; spreadsheet and database software expertise; financial acumen; demonstrated ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage change; and leadership experience in a large, complex environment. Must demonstrate ability to clearly present complex information, and possess strong project management skills and a proven track record of completing assignments/projects on time and on budget. Experience working with outside legal counsel and consultants and negotiating with and managing vendors required.
