Responsible for benefit plan compliance and reporting. Manage the resolution of escalated benefit issues and appeals. Educate and communicate benefit designs to enhance understanding and appreciation by associates. Recommend and implement plan design changes. Attend pension investment committee meetings and maintain required records. Oversee qualified and non-qualified retirement and health and welfare benefit plans. Follows instructions and performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor. Assists other employees in accomplishment of Huntsman company goals. Participates in and completes company-required training programs. Participates in Environmental, Health, & Safety initiatives as set forth by the company. Educational Requirements and Work Experience: Bachelor's De gree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
