The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of business development experience in either the consumer internet or major media space. This role will have a heavy emphasis on business partnership negotiation/execution, sourcing, evaluating new markets and technologies, and channel management. Responsibilities include: * Executing deals/partnerships to increase both broadcasters and viewers in multiple verticals, including: video gaming, sports, music, entertainment, podcasts, conferences, etc. * Research and evaluate new technologies, market trends and opportunities * Prepare presentations, financial projections, and competitive analysis * Manage client and internal communications * Develop and manage a stable of channel and distribution partners to ensure that Ustream expand its reach and monetization options.QUALIFICATIONS:* The successful Corporate and Business Development Associate or Manager will have a good combination of strategy and execution skills that enable them to discover simple, elegant solutions to complex problems and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * The right candidate will be a highly-motivated self-starter with:* 3 years of relevant work experience* Extensive contacts, especially within major entertainment and online companies/properties. * Strong analytical, communication, and presentation design skills * Passion for media content across several verticals, including music, movies, TV, entertainment, video gaming, podcasting, news, politics, etc. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Extensive knowledge of online business models and internet/consumer technology * Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside social media tools * Ability to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision* Experience: 3-7 years apply to job Return to Job Search | Modify Job Search | Save Job | Send Job To Friend © Copyright 2001-2008 salesheads.com All rights reserved.
