Develop relationships with company clients (end-users) and third-party selling agents to meet the sales objectives of the assigned Substance Abuse Testing business unit. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas. Provide customer feedback to improve OraSure products to best meet our market demands. **Grade 15** Exempt West Territories Prospect new customers within assigned territory. Market and sell products within the U.S. to meet or exceed sales quota. Support and train third-party selling agents, both internally and with customers. Co-travel with third-party agents to sell products to their customers. Interact with key customers on a regular basis. Provide customer support and training as needed. Introduce new OTI SAT products in domestic (US) markets. Identify new potential selling agents or markets. Forecast sales, secure orders and ensure fulfillment in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities Obtain, promote and increase domestic workplace sales or criminal justice sales, as assigned by Director of Sales Identify and close business with domestic customers and other SAT targets for current and future OTI products. Sell OTI SAT products to meet/exceed sales quotas following pricing guidelines established by the Company. Coordinate and fulfill order processing and shipments as necessary. Coordinate and participate in trade shows and exhibitions. Represent sales/marketing on project teams. Assist in sales forecasting. Recommend and develop sales & marketing strategies: Identify, screen and qualify primary and alternative third-party selling agents, including laboratories and third-party administrators of substance abuse testing. Work with third-party selling agents to promote OTI products and their services in a way that advances our selling goals. Analyze and document third-party agents sales performance / competitive activities. Collaborate with in-house personnel to develop sales/marketing programs. Identify potential pricing issues and recommend price levels. QSR and ISO Standards Performs job duties and tasks in compliance with Companys standards and specifications.
