Business Development Manager Cincom\'s long-standing business relationship with IBM is driving the need to add a new Business Development Manager to the CEM / Synchrony team. As a key member of the CEM / Synchrony sales organization you will have a thorough understanding of the IBM partner organization along with documented experience working with the IBM staff that manages their partner channels along with the IBM partners themselves. You will educate and mentor these constituent groups and provide resources and support so that the IBM partner organization will more effectively represent Cincom\'s CEM / Synchrony product line. Minimum Qualifications Undergraduate Degree in business or related four year degree MBA or other post graduate education a plus Six (6) years documented IBM channel partners business development and/or field sales experience Working knowledge of IBM Middleware, WebSphere, Lotus, Tivoli, etc... Two (2) years experience with CRM, CEM, or Unified Desktop applications Superior communication and presentation abilities This field sales role will require 35% - 50% travel Location: We have a strong preference for someone residing near Cincom\'s Global Headquarters in Southwest Ohio. However, we will consider other North American locations for EXTREMELY well-qualified job applicants.
