Job Description:
A Bachelors degree in technical, science or business discipline and at least five years of successful sales experience in allied health field, capital medical equipment or other technical sale; or High School Diploma and at least eight years capital medical equipment sales experience. * At least three years experience working in a complex sales environment, where multiple people are involved in the purchasing decision, including a history of C-Level exposure. * Must live in sales territory and be willing to travel up to 50% of time, within territory and to regional and national sales meetings and tradeshows. * Unrestricted work authorization in the U.S., without sponsorship. * Willingness to submit to and pass a drug test and educational, employment and criminal background checks. Desired * Patient Monitoring, Diagnostic Cardiology or Capital equipment sales experience in a hospital environment, especially ICU, ER, OR strongly desired. * Successful career path illustrating a motivated and driven mentality to achieve. * Proficiency in Miller-Heiman Strategic Selling principles and tools. * Demonstrated aptitude and success in fostering solid, value-based clinician relationships. * Intellectual capacity to interpret trends and data, translating the information into actions and improvements. * Self-starter and independent thinker, with the aptitude to work autonomously * Robust interpersonal skills, with evidence of teamwork and collaboration * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with customers at all levels * Solid process orientation, demonstrated resource management and allocation experience, and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously * Masters degree in Business Administration General Build your career and experience being a part of a world class sales force!
