We are a small but established Information Technology staffing firm based in Houston who is actively seeking a driven individual who can help to significantly expand our current level of business. By leveraging our blue chip client base and other in-place corporate assets with your proven industry expertise we will propel our company to the next level . This person should be a leader , a mentor, a teacher and above all a top producer with recent hands-on heavy-hitting experience growing and developing sales teams in the staff augmentation and direct-hire industry. Responsibilities Increase sales, revenues and gross profit within existing relationships and through the development of new accounts Active hands-on participation in the sales and marketing of company services Manage, mentor and grow a staff of account executives and recruiters Negotiate service agreements & interface with high value customers Close business Requirements 6+ years of proven successful Business Development experience in Staff-Augmentation Services or other solution oriented Information Technology Service such as Consulting 2+ years leading and directing the activities of staff augmentation organizations to include team members Expert knowledge of staffing methodologies and processes with the capability of training and teaching others Ability to positively influence people, interface with clients at all levels, and an attitude for closing business Someone who is proactive and operates with a sense of urgency This is a great opportunity for an experienced large firm Branch Manager tired of corporate bureaucracy and politics to get into a more entrepreneurial environment and CALL YOUR OWN SHOTS!
