Telrex customers use our software for legal compliance, dispute resolution, performance reviews, productivity measurements and to address security concerns. Telrex products are sold internationally. The EMEA Chanel Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for solution selling, channel development, recruiting, and assisting in the development of innovative business strategies to grow the market in EMEA. The CAM will cover a geographic region working directly with the Business Partner Channel (and their customers/prospects). Extensive interaction with the Business Partner community relating to sales and strategic planning are critical responsibilities in this position. Duties & Responsibilities: Recruit, manage and build relationships with resellers in territory. Prioritize reseller's based on revenue opportunity, technical ability, and understanding their business model. Demonstrate Telrex solutions to the channel and their customers via WebEx. Work with reseller's sales/technical organization to understand the business and increase our sphere of influence. Implement solution selling strategies to increase value and close business. Maintain constant contact with channel to forecast sales pipeline. Work with sales engineer to addresses customer questions. Skills/Requirements: Familiarity with the EMEA market. The ability to quickly build a strong relationship with a channel partner. Strong oral and written communication skills are a must. You should be able to work independently. You must have the ability to generate new business and effectively qualify opportunities in partnership with the reseller. Experience with IP telephony or network technology is helpful, but not required.
