GÇó He/She will confer with executive team, staff members, and outside partners, including leading video publishers, publishing platforms, and video producers, to set strategy, identify and prioritize prospects, and build and manage a network of affiliate video publishers to drive usage of the Adap.tv OneSource product. GÇó In addition, you will work closely with marketing, product and engineering teams to influence affiliate network marketing, design, usability, and development direction.GÇó The ideal candidate will be a detailed oriented program manager who can put together a marketing plan and roll up their sleeves to execute it. GÇó You must have relevant experience in the media space, including a strong understanding of affiliate marketing.Requirements:GÇó 2 years experience building a network of web publishers in an affiliate marketing, media sales or a media-based technology sales capacity.GÇó Business-level fluency in technology, with strong presentation and communication skills.GÇó Strong organization skills and demonstrated program management skills.GÇó Knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies and processes.GÇó Capable of flourishing in both structured and un-structured environments.GÇó Strong self-starter with a can do attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork.GÇó Energy and passion for growing an advertising businessGÇó BA apply to job
