Job Description:
Identify, negotiate, and execute global business development projects for the Polymer Additives business including M&A, co producer arrangements, make-buys, and regional expansion. Assist in development and execution of Polymer Additives strategies. Assist in development and execution of emerging economy strategies for Polymer Additives. Analysis of competitor strategy by industry and geography segment. Identify and implement plans to extend current Polymer Additives products lines and market applications Qualifications include: Bachelors Degree in Marketing and/or Business Management with 4-7 years of experience. Engineering/MBA degree a plus. Able to manage resources that are not direct reports Strategic thinker with strong analytical and financial skills Team leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills Able to operate globally Commercial and/or marketing leadership experience advantageous Strong results orientation High integrity Organized and able to prioritize Able to work effectively in team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Chemtura Corporation is committed to creating a diverse workforce that recognizes and values differences.
