Job Description:
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field such as business, computer information systems, finance or marketing. A Masters in computer information or a MBA is preferred. This position requires a minimum of ten years experience which would included at least 3 years of Contact Center Operations Management or supporting IT role experience, 2 or more year in Project Management with a focus on risk mitigation and scope management, experience supporting significant change efforts related to new processes and technologies and experience working in a high growth, global organization. It is preferred that this position have experience in the wireless, high tech, financial or insurance industry. LANGUAGE SKILLS: This position requires the ability to read, write, analyze and interpret complex instructions, correspondence, legal documents, financial reports and/or technical documents. Ability to respond effectively to clients, employees and management and handle sensitive and/or confidential communications is also a requirement of this position. TECHNICAL SKILLS: This position requires advance skill levels of PowerPoint and MS Excel. It also requires knowledge of Network, Application and Data Systems and Infrastructure. This position requires knowledge of standard call center applications, contact center market trends and usability design.
