Minimum of 7-10 years of progressively more responsible related experience to include Claims management experience. * Expert technical knowledge in Automobile Damage Assessment as well as interdepartmental relationships. * Familiarity with state and government regulations which relate to the Claims Department. * Proven analytical and communications skills in order to provide analysis, consultation, training and serve as a Company representative.
