Job Description:
The primary responsibility would be to provide financial support to the Sales VP and the Sales teams for Americas and Worldwide by collaborating with finance counterparts in Asia and Europe. Develops a strong relationship with sales management to ensure that both operational and financial plans are created and implemented to achieve the businessGÇà and companyGÇàs goals. This includes understanding and integrating the pricing, promotions, deals and cost reduction impacts on the tactical and strategic plans.GÇó Supports sales VP with forecast planning and financial profitability modeling.GÇó Develop and maintain key financial models such as Customer/Country/ Channel P&Ls to enable management to make key business decisions.GÇó Work with Sales Ops, Finance and IT to automate information needed to improve timeliness, accuracy and quality of information. Streamline the compilation of the revenue, sales adjustments and sales team expense forecasts.GÇó Consolidate WW sales forecast by collaborating with Regional Sales, Business Organization Finance teams and Sales and Operations Forecast teams.GÇó Analyze sales contracts and support pricing evaluation /analysis by working with the Deals Desk, Supply Chain, and Sales Ops.Qualification:GÇó BS degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experienceGÇó Preferred: MBA or other advanced degree is highly desirableGÇó Work Experience: 5 or more years working in Finance using multi-dimensional databases. 2 or more years Sales Finance experience.GÇó Preferred.
