Job Description:
Responsibilities will include interaction and data gathering with management and field personnel to develop detailed supportable plans including, but not limited to projection of revenues, expenses, capital programs, cash flow, debt obligations, taxes and operating result. With minimal supervision and direction is responsible for the analysis, support, and assistance necessary to plan, develop, and maintain the financial programs and responsibilities to assure financial integrity, planning and growth of the Company. Key Accountabilities Prepare cost studies to maintain control over cash flow and improve financial performance. Prepare financial plans for management review. Conduct economic analyses. Maintain appropriate records to properly record the Companys financial transactions. Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures. Develop and prepare financial reports. Prepare and present regulatory filing material and make other industry/investor presentations. Assist in evaluating financial funding alternatives as required. Recommend action to improve financial performance. Prepare and present financial information as directed. Maintain a working knowledge of regulatory and technical developments. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills Minimum Required Skills Quantitative and analytical skills; strong management skills; strong oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills. Proven skills sufficient to conduct moderately complex financial analyses. Computer literacy including proven skills utilizing spreadsheet software and presentations software packages. Minimum Required Experience/Education Three to five years accounting , treasury, rate regulation, or related experience. Bachelors degree in finance related field required.
