The incumbents scope of responsibilities will include training, coaching and counseling of all supervisory, support and processing staff, schedule development and maintenance and control over all aspects of processing which includes audit/compliance adherence, quality and performance monitoring (metrics development/review), and continuous process improvement reviews and enhancement identification. The incumbent will also need to coordinate activities (processing goals, procedural changes, reward & recognition programs and general communication protocol) with the other Public Sector Section Manager to ensure consistency and continuity across the department.Specifications / QualificationsJob Qualifications: The successful incumbent will be a subject matter expert for the product and process (operational and system) with the ability to articulate the departments role to tours of senior management, customers and internal/external audit groups. The incumbent must have excellent organizational and communication (verbal/written) skills and strong multi-tasking abilities, and should have 6 or more years of operations processing experience, along with supervisory experience of a staff of 50 or more associates.
