In this role, you will support the Banks mission by assisting our customers with achieving their financial goals. Job Summary: Responsible for overall management of the Business Banking underwriting process This includes underwriting loans, loan workouts, portfolio management, developing policies, and SBA processes Requirements Job Specifications: Education (ED), experience(EX), and knowledge/abilities (K/A) required for competent performance in the job. ED College degree or equivalent. Accounting or Finance major preferred EX Ten (10) years consumer/commercial lending experience in a sales or Business Banking environment, three (3) years of which included credit analysis/underwriting. Three (3) years managerial experience. Formal credit training program preferred K/A Knowledge of bank products and services K/A Ability to analyze and evaluate financial information K/A Ability to understand and identify qualified prospects K/A Excellent verbal and written communication skills K/A Advanced decision making and problem solving skills K/A Ability to work with minimal supervision K/A Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop sound recommendations Advanced interpersonal skills to interact with a wide variety of employees, customers, and prospects.
