Job Description:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent Minimum of 10 years experience in the engineering or architectural field with increasing levels of responsibility.Minimum of 5 years experience in project management or construction management of healthcare facilities including.Candidate must have a history as an accomplished Project Manager for major capital facility projects. Must have significant experience as a Project Manager on healthcare facility design or construction assignments and have full command of the methods to manage technical execution, client relations, contracts and all other aspects of a project. This opportunity requires a candidate to possess and utilize the full range of skills of a seasoned Project Manager. Experience managing projects from inception through completion is required. These include contract negotiations, guiding and managing other consultants, technical leadership in work during the planning, design, bidding and construction phases. Significant skills are required in scheduling, costing and overall project controls. A high level of well developed communication skills with clients and outside parties both oral and written is essential. Candidates should be well experienced in the practice of project and program management for large public works projects, especially healthcare facilities.Familiarity with general software such as word and Excel.Must obtain a negative drug result on required drug test.Must have a valid Driver's License. Job Description : Candidate would principally be the lead for major project management assignments.
