The Surgery Marketing Operations team drives business by establishing and executing a marketing plan and by driving the go-to-market strategy for specific customer segments. By incorporating all go to market commercialization elements, they are responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow existing markets and identify and pursuing new and emerging opportunities to ultimately grow the business. This position within the Marketing Operations team will drive our growth in the emerging non-hospital surgery segment--physician offices and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC's)--by transitioning our business from a traditional hospital based model to one that effectively positions offerings and communication outside the hospital as well. Signature: ~HJ~~CB~ Qualifications Bachelors degree in engineering, biosciences, marketing or economics related fields. At least 3 years experience in marketing or sales. You must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of past employment, criminal history and educational background. You must be willing to take a drug test You must be legally authorized to work in the United States You must be willing to work out of an office located in Salt Lake City, Utah Desired Sales Experience: 2+ years of sales territory and account management, preferably in the medical device or equipment industry. Post-graduate education: MBA or industry sponsored training in marketing, healthcare management, or related field. Healthcare management experience: 2+ years of administrative leadership in imaging or surgery either in a hospital or non-hospital setting.
