Oversees development and implementation of cancer specific training programs as needed. * Conducts periodic staff meetings to ensure staff is kept abreast of institutional goals, initiatives, policies and procedures. * Determines administrative and data management staff needs as protocols are open and conducted in consultation with Program leaders and senior staff. * Provides input on the feasibility of conducting new trials, any personnel conflicts with ongoing trials, and other logistical and administrative issues. * Provides administrative coordination with affiliates and, along with other senior staff serves as the CCTO liaison to the DFHCC, ECOG and other cooperative groups and institutions.
