Job Description:
Search out and share best practices within and outside GE. * Lead or serve as active team member in local/regional health care initiatives with other business functions, other GE businesses, Corporate Health Care and outside sources to accomplish GE Health Care Management goals and objectives. * Assure compliance with Government requirements. * Maintain current familiarity with relevant Government regulations and keep appropriate business representatives apprised of updates and agency rulings. * Support local and Corporate Union Relations on health care related issues during contract negotiation process. Qualifications * Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a health care administration or human health behavior role) * At least 5 additional years of experience in a health care administration, human health behavior, or behavior change role Desired * Additional experience in a marketing field is preferred * Demonstrated ability to use quality improvement tools and methodologies * Strong oral and written communication skills * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills * Established program management ability * Demonstrated ability to develop and execute plans/programs * Ability to work in a matrix organization * MHSA, Health Care MBA, MPH , Masters of Education in health related sciences, or another advanced degree in a comparable health field is preferred General GE Overview: Why join one great company when you can join many?
