Responsible for planning and staff management of technical resources for high risk/complex/mission critical projects. - Mentor and manage development team members.Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent experience. - 8 years or more in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years in Web. - Minimum of 3 years of management experience. - Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong leadership skills. - Application standards experience.- Training experience.- Application architecture and design experience. - Strong technical expertise, capable of performing a full range of complex operations assignments either directly or through subordinates. - Prior software development experience.- Experience in implementing effective and innovative software development methodologies.- Proven ability to lead a progressive IT group.- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.- Solid communication skills.- Ability to provide assistance in code construction and object oriented architecture. - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.- Broad knowledge of data processing systems, concepts, and methodologies, including web and database technologies.
