Prepare and revise conversion design and administer its construction and implementation.- Perform data mapping from the legacy systems to the target Oracle database.- Coordinate and participate in the conversion application development effort.- Conduct viability testing of the developed conversion application and, when needed, make changes/enhancements to developed conversion application.- Educate testers and trainers in conversion process. REQUIRED SKILLS: Required Experience/Skills: - College degree in Math, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Or appropriate experience.- Experience working with and leading multi-cultural resources.- Experience converting legacy data.- Experience performing Business Process analysis.- Experience preparing technical designs.- Experience converting applications.
